I was excited to receive my Stash+ a few weeks only to find out the rubber gasket inside the lid was damaged. I reached out to Canlock via the email address ([****]) and after a week I still hadn't received a response. So I then emailed ([****]) and I got an automated email confirming receipt, but I still have yet to have anyone from Canlock reach out to assist me with exchanging my stash+ container and it has been over 2 weeks.
Looks like I'm up a creek without a paddle at this point.
