Canlock strives to create premium products that withstand daily use over the tests of time. Our quality assurance team reviews items before shipping to ensure our standards are met.

However, things do happen.

That is why we offer a 1 year Manufacturer Warranty on all our products!

If there are any defects with materials or craftmanship issues, please follow instructions below.

Product will be refurbished, replaced, or exchanged with a product of equal or lesser value at our discretion.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

Proof of purchase required.

1) Download the claim form
2) Complete entire form clearly and accurately
3) Package warranty claim form, copy of original receipt and product in box or padded envelope and ship with tracking.
4) Please return your product for examination at:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear or damages from handling product outside of normal use do not qualify.

Warranty period is 365 days from date of purchase

Claims may only be made on items purchased at full retail price. All promotional giveaways and clearance items are considered final sale.

Canlock reserves the right to change this policy without notice at any given time.

Replacements are typically sent 2-3 business days after receipt and review.

*Returns that exceed the 30 days do not qualify for a cash refund.
