Policy and Applicability: Only Products directly from or directly from Canlock on our

Remedy: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value or a refund of the purchase price. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs as well as a reshipment costs if a replacement product is sent. Proof of purchase required.

1) Download the claim form
2) After filling out the form with your address filled in clearly
3) Please package warranty claim form, copy of the original receipt and product in its original retail packaging securely in a box or padded envelop and send with tracking. 
4) Please return your product for examination at:

Please Note: We won’t be able to process or ship back your package if your return package is incomplete. We typically send out the replacement in 2 to 3 business days after receiving your return.

International Returns - Shipping
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for International orders. Please return items to the address listed on the return form. Please note: unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
