2) Complete entire form clearly and accurately
3) Please package warranty claim form, copy of the original receipt and product in its original retail packaging securely in a box or padded envelop and send with tracking.

International Returns - Shipping
Instructions and address are located on the return form included in your package. We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for International orders.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
